This statement describes how the Billi$t application processes the information that the user provides to manage the lists and the bills that compose them.
All data entered manually or obtained automatically (such as date, time, location and GPS coordinates) are saved locally.

Until sharing is not started, this data remains confined within the user’s device and are in no case and for no reason collected or exported.

If the user decides to invite one or more participants and start sharing, a copy of the information describing the list will be exported and saved on external servers, so as to make it possible to update the participants’ devices.
The strictly personal data present in the copy (the names and photos of the participants) may be modified at any time by changing the settings of the list.
The entire copy can be removed by canceling the sharing or by closing or deleting the list, provided that the information on the participants’ devices can be deleted only by them, erasing the list.

We remind you that the data of this copy are used exclusively for the technical requirements of synchronization and are in no case and for no reason collected or disclosed to third parties.

In case of doubts about the management or the actual use of data, the user is obliged to renounce to start sharing or even to refrain from using the application.
